I still need to find time to describe the surreal Maná concert of last Sunday. But for now I have a different thought to share. Tonight I was talking with some friends about my upcoming trip to NYC. One suggested I try to see Avenue Q while there, "it's puppets" she said. Then another said, "Hey, isn't that little guy from the cash advance commercials in it?" She meant Gary Coleman of Different Strokes fame. Apparently he had some role at some point. I said, "Gary Coleman as a muppet?" Then I had this image in my head of Gary Coleman, actor, on stage with a Gary Coleman muppet. And they make out. And the actor breaks away and says, "Whatchu talkin' 'bout?" I don't know whence this vision came but I am overcome by it and I wish so badly that it could happen. Sigh.
